We also just released four new features to help make the invoicing process even easier and less time consuming.
Add multiple email recipients
Sometimes it’s not the actual client who’s taking care of the invoice. Maybe it’s an accountant doing the bookkeeping, or maybe it’s actually the parent who’s paying for those wedding flowers. To make this easier, now you can email both your client and whoever’s actually paying so you can get your money as quickly as possible.
Say a client was understanding and flexible when you had a last-minute shuffle in your schedule. Now you can show your appreciation with discounts right on the invoice — so everything’s all laid out.
Better cancellation flexibility
Things happen. Perhaps you accidentally added the wrong item to an invoice, for example. You need to cancel the invoice, but clients don’t necessarily need to get an email about it. Now you have the ability to decide whether or not you want to disable cancellation notifications on each invoice. After all, less inbox clutter is always a good thing.
