Streamline and automate recurring payments right from your computer with Virtual Terminal. Save time, get paid on time, improve your cash flow, and enhance customer relationships by easily scheduling recurring quick-charge or itemized payments for repeat customers.
The only requirement to process your first recurring payment is to add or charge a customer’s Card on File. Get started with recurring payments on Virtual Terminal.
Edit and review timecards from the Square Payroll mobile app
Now you can manage timecards from anywhere. Easily review and edit timecards before it’s time to run payroll—all from the palm of your hand. Simply log in to the Square Payroll mobile app and click on the Timecards icon at the bottom of the screen to access this feature.
Accept bookings and payments from your computer
Square Appointments now allows you to manually key in a credit card or charge a card on file within appointment details, so you can take payments right from your computer. Learn more about Square Appointments.
