Edward Ramirez: My name is Edward Ramirez. I'm from Fort Worth, Texas, and I'm the co-founder of Fort Worth Barber Supply.

Amy Ramirez: My name is Amy Ramirez and I'm the other co-founder of Fort Worth Barber Supply.

Edward Ramirez: We started barbershop in 2016. It exploded. We added another location every year since, and then in 2019 we franchised and around that same time, during Covid, that's when we kind of fell into this barber supply. Our local barber supply had already announced our retirement, so I knew there was going to be a hole in the market. Maybe we should give this a shot.

Amy Ramirez: It just blew up because it came down to customer service. It's a cool place to hang out and a great place to get information. We feel like this area, this North Texas area, is kind of underserved for so many years, and we just kind of became the store that not only sold items or sold tools, but also provided education. We're just crafting that culture.

What it's about is, let's level everybody up, let's improve the industry. I've always felt that if you take care of people, they're going to return the favor.
