On-Demand Delivery Pricing Policy

“Square Dispatch Fee” is a fixed per-transaction fee in the amount of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50), that is charged by Square for each transaction that is fulfilled through the Service.

“DSP Delivery Fee” is a fee that is charged by the DSP for the delivery of the confirmed order. The DSP Delivery Fee varies depending on the DSP you choose:

• Uber: All states except California: $4.20 + $.75 per kilometer fee (Postmates measures distance in kilometers). DSP Delivery Fee in California: $4.50 + $.95 per kilometer.

• Doordash: All states except California and all cities except New York City: fixed fee $6.99 per delivery for up to a 5 mile delivery radius + $1/additional mile up to 10 miles. DSP Delivery Fee in California: fixed fee of $8.99 per delivery for up to a 5 mile delivery radius + $1/additional mile up to 10 miles. DSP Delivery Fee in New York, NY: fixed fee of $9.98 per delivery for up to a 5 mile delivery radius + $1/additional mile up to 10 miles.

• Nash: Variable rates, depending on fleet availability. Please contact Nash at support@usenash.com for the most up-to-date fee schedule.

Note: You will still be charged a processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction for Square Online purchases (2.6% + 30¢ per transaction if on the Premium plan for Square Online).

The Square Dispatch Fee and DSP Delivery Fee may be charged directly to your customer or to you depending on how you structure your delivery fees.

Square reserves the right to modify and update the pricing set forth above upon prior written notice to you.
