How can I switch from my current booking solution?
You can bulk your customer and inventory lists and quickly get up and running with Square. If you currently use Zenoti, Meevo, Vagaro, Boulevard, or another booking or salon software, Square will likely fit more of your needs with our easy-to-use interface. If you already have a website, it’s easy to transfer your existing domain to Square Online.
How much will it cost to run my business with Square?
Square Appointments has three flexible plans for beauty businesses of any size. Custom pricing is available for businesses that process more than $250K a year. You can learn more about our pricing plans here.
The in-person processing rate for the Square Appointments Free plan is 2.6% + 15 cents for every tapped (mobile payment), dipped (chip card), and swiped (magstripe card) payment. When you subscribe to a paid plan, the in-person processing rate decreases to 2.5% + 10 cents.
1Funds generated through Square payment processing services are generally available in the Square Checking account balance immediately after a payment is processed. Fund availability times may vary due to technical issues.
