Customer Engagement tools updated for multilocation businesses
Customer Directory, Square Marketing, and Square Loyalty have all been updated to better support multilocation businesses. Now you can access a master directory of customers and send email campaigns to customers who’ve visited one, or all, of your locations. Loyalty programs now span all locations as well — customers can earn punches and redeem rewards no matter which location they visit.
