About Black Seed Bagels

Friends and restaurateurs Matt Kliegman and Noah Bernamoff opened Black Seed Bagels in 2014. They promptly brought on James Beard–nominated chef Dianna Daoheung as head baker to develop their now-beloved bagel recipe.
