MADDY: Right, right. Yeah, who who is that? I like that they hold it down too.

NOAH: We're at the scenic Ggiata Melrose at the intersection of Melrose and Western, the bustling intersection of Melrose and Western. This is our first location for Ggiata. This is our Flagship. This is our baby. This is an event that we did for the first time last year, and it took off and is now an annual event for us every year. So it's a blast, it's going to be a good time.

NOAH: In terms of timeline for the opening. We're like 3 or 4 weeks out, maybe. We'll probably have people in there training in the next two weeks. We were just by Highland Park all last week getting the equipment installed, tables, the front of house, all the fixtures—everything installed. So we'll be ready to go, hopefully, in the next, yeah, 3-4 weeks. Yeah, busy time. Busy time at Ggiata.
