Sellers must operate as a Food & Beverage vendor and have an annual Gross Payment Volume (GPV) between $250,000 and $5,000,000. Participation is limited to the first 100 eligible unique sellers. Square may verify eligibility using internal data or documentation and reserves the right to deny, revoke, modify, or terminate participation or the Hometown Love at its sole discretion. Participation is voluntary and non-transferable, and continued compliance with Square's Terms of Service and applicable policies is required. Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Offer valid for processing fees up to $1,000 USD in value for transactions paid with a card or via ACH. Waived processing fees are reimbursed to your account with each transfer.
