Square Shop Guide

Visit the Square Shop to find everything you need to help grow your business with Square. From Square Readers to hardware kits, we offer a variety of points of sale, hardware and accessories to suit your business.  

Order Hardware

When you sign up for Square, you can order Square hardware directly from Square Shop and it will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days with free delivery.

To place an order via Square Shop:

1. Log in to your Square Account and visit the Square Shop.

2. Select your hardware, accessories or hardware kit > click Add to basket.

3. To add more items to your basket, click Continue shopping or if you're ready to review your basket, click Continue to checkout.

4. Check the items and quantities in your basket and review your order total, including VAT. Add a promo code (if applicable).

5. Click Check out.

6. Add delivery information: Enter your email address, phone number, VAT Number (if applicable), full name and postal address.
   Note: You will need to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If you can’t be at home during delivery hours, have your order delivered to a business or work address. Click Continue to Delivery.

7. Select a delivery method and click Continue to Payment.

8. Enter your card details: Add your card number, expiry date and card security code. Alternatively, you can pay with Google Pay. Click Review your order.

9. Confirm your order details and click Complete your order.

You will receive an email with your order information, and another email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Note:

• Orders processed by 12:00 IST are dispatched on the same day on weekdays only.

• Delivery cost is non-refundable.

• Delivery methods depend on hardware availability.

• Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

Hardware Compatibility 

Depending on the device you are using for your Point of Sale, you’ll have different hardware options. Explore third-party hardware accessories that are compatible with Square, such as receipt or kitchen printers, cash drawers or barcode scanners.

Square Hardware Limited Warranty and Returns

Any piece of Square hardware can be returned directly to the original point of purchase, whether that be the Square Shop in accordance with Square Hardware Limited Warranty and Returns or one of our retail partners. Square offers Free 30-day returns on all hardware. iPads must be unopened to be eligible for return. One- or two-year limited warranty on Square Stand and Square Reader.
