Invoices Plus Terms of Use

These terms of use supplement the Square Seller Agreement and govern your use of Invoices Plus (“Invoices Plus”), a subscription Service under the Square Seller Agreement. By signing up for Invoices Plus, you accept all of the terms hereof as well as the terms of the Square Seller Agreement. You agree to pay us the applicable Subscription Fee for Invoices Plus, in addition to Square’s processing fees for each invoiced transaction per our Fee Schedule. You authorize us to deduct the amount of our Subscription Fee as and when due from your transaction proceeds and the Balance in your Square Account or to debit such amount from your linked bank account pursuant to the Square Seller Agreement. If you decide that you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by going to your Square Account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Invoices Plus through the end of your then current billing period, but you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any Subscription Fee already due or paid. You may not use Invoices Plus or the invoices feature of the Services to send invoices to yourself or to evade the limitations and your obligations under these terms and the Square Seller Agreement. We may immediately terminate or suspend your subscription to Invoices Plus or access to the invoices feature of the Services at any time for any reason or no reason. The cancellation, termination or suspension of your subscription to Invoices Plus or access to the invoices feature of the Services shall not affect your liability or obligations under these terms or the Square Seller Agreement. We may change Invoices Plus or our Subscription Fee in our sole discretion upon thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Your continued use of Invoices Plus will constitute your agreement to such changes. We may terminate Invoices Plus at any time in our sole discretion.
