The exciting thing is, we’re just getting started. We regularly release new tools that work with our free Square Point of Sale app, so you can manage and run your business more efficiently than ever before. Just in the last few months, we’ve introduced Gift Cards, Invoicing and Inventory to help small businesses sell more, get paid more easily and track everything more efficiently.

I love that Square isn’t resting on what they’ve already accomplished but rather is constantly trying to improve. That’s what we are trying to do here at the Coffee Foundry and I believe a lot of my customers are doing the same.

We work really hard to get you your money quickly. We eliminated deposit holds on manually entered transactions in the U.S., and in nearly all cases funds from both swiped and non-swiped payments are deposited in your bank account within one to two business days. In the event something goes wrong, we’re here to help you get to the bottom of it. We may have to hold funds until we get additional information about a sale, an uncommon but important step to protect both you and your customers from potential fraud.
