Yes, you can easily integrate your Square Appointments online booking site with your Instagram business account to make it easier for customers to discover and book with you. The integration is included for free with your Square Appointments account and setup is easy.
To start receiving bookings through your Instagram business profile, you will need:
- An Instagram business profile
- Your Square Appointments online booking site turned on
To add a Book Now button to your Instagram business account:
- Go to your business profile on Instagram and tap Edit Profile.
- Under “Public business Information”, tap Action buttons.
- Tap Book Now.
- Tap Appointments for Square.
- Sign in with your Square account email address and password.
- Select your preferred business account to associate with your bookings.
- Review your button settings and tap Continue.
- Refresh your profile page to see your new Book Now button.
Adding a ‘Book now’ button to your Instagram profile is a great way to increase bookings for your business. Both existing and new clients that follow you on Instagram will be able to book an appointment with you directly from Instagram, without needing to go to another website. Enabling your customers to book their appointment from their preferred platform provides a seamless customer experience even before they visit your salon!
