Hi, I'm Johnny Baba. I'm the founder of Barber Barber, and this is the day of my life. When I get in the morning, I usually go check the Square Appointments, make sure the lads are as busy as they need to be, and if there's gaps we can fill in very quickly, and if people don't turn up, we can make sure they're charged.
Bookings increased from using Square Appointments. They practically gone up a hundred percent. My favourite part of the day is do what I do best and it's front of house and dealing with my customers, especially my long-term customers, guys who have been with us for years and years. It's good to kind of get lost in cutting hair is the reason why we started in the first place.
Square is especially important, managing multiple locations because having everything in one, the appointments, the ePOS, the product sale, the fulfilment centre, everything talks to each other. It's kind of like having a full team of people in an office in your pocket. The main factor of our success is the team we have.
I think all the guys across the group, they're all so passionate. They all have the same goal and they all have the same vision about how a barbershop should we run. The best feeling you can ever have is the feeling of tiredness from a good day's work.
