Credit Authorization

I authorize Block, Inc. or its affiliate(s) on its behalf (collectively, “Square”) to access my credit report and public records to preapprove my business for business financing, and to again access my credit report and public records upon submitting this business financing application for approval. I understand that accessing my credit report for preapproval will not impact my personal credit score, but my score may be impacted when Square obtains my credit report again for approval of this application. Additionally, I also authorize Square to access my credit report and public records to evaluate my business for any future product offers.
