Bianca: My name is Bianca and I'm the founder and CEO of Fair Shot. Fair Shot is a registered charity, but it's also Social Enterprise Cafe in the heart of Covent Garden. We are only a year and a half old, but we've already taken 21 adults with learning disabilities out of the unemployment cycle. So I got started in Fair Shot from basically being part of a community in my church that had a lot of people with learning disabilities in it. You kind of start seeing life through their eyes and their experiences, and once you start researching and there's a 95% unemployment rate amongst adults with learning disabilities, you then start just assessing the situation. And is there anything that can make genuine change in terms of the skills that the trainees learn? When they're with us, it's very much they can do anything in the cafe. It's unbelievable what, literally, just giving them a chance does their confidence, their respect in themselves, what that does in terms of your mental health. There's no kind of end to the positivity that can bring to your life and the people around you.
Speaker 2: I like working with a different staff. They're really nice to me and they've got really nice attitude. Speaker 3: It's very good to put my confidence in talking to customers.
Speaker 4: It's really good working here. Here we are one big family.
