Square Will Name Earvin “Magic” Johnson to Board of Directors
SAN FRANCISCO – June 17, 2015 – Today Square announced that business leader, philanthropist, and basketball hall of famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson will join its Board of Directors this summer. Johnson is currently the Chairman and CEO of Magic Johnson Enterprises, as well as the Chairman and Founder of the Magic Johnson Foundation, which develops programs and supports community-based organizations that address the educational, health, and social needs of ethnically diverse, urban communities.
