Square Online Settings

The Settings page on your Square Online dashboard has several options to set up your online store. This page is split into the following sections:


The contact information here is shown on customer receipts. In this section you can also add eCommerce tracking codes, choose a unit of measure and choose how images and social media icons appear on your store pages.


Go here to connect and view details on payment processors, create shipping and return policies for your store, and set up additional checkout options.

Item settings

Change your item image ratio or manage what item statuses your customers see on your online store. You can also upgrade to Add Gift Options to allow customers to add gift message and gift wrap to their orders.

Store Emails

Change the look of order confirmation and other notification emails from your online store.

Abandoned Carts

Turn on abandoned cart emails to send an email to customers who didn’t complete checkout on your website, and view data and settings.
