Hello, I'm Gabriel, one of the co-founders at Broken Eggs, and this is a day in my life. A typical morning at Broken Eggs, my sister Ada helps with the front of house. So she usually gets here around nine o'clock and sets up the restaurant. I go to check with the chefs how the prep is going, if there's anything they need to sort help them out.
I use Square, first of all, to check how the previous day went. It's super easy and Intuitive. Square definitely helps providing a better service to our customers. It's really fast and efficient to use. We've been able to save between two to three hours of admin time.
The passion is not food. It's seeing how people react to the food that we make. And when you're able to unlock a memory for someone that's been in Spain, for example, or take a Spanish person that lives far away from home to home, that's very powerful.
