I'm Martina. I'm head of coffee for Pavilion and we are at the Pavilion Bakery in Mentmore Studios. What got me to Pavilion and actually kept me here is the quality of the products. The bread is amazing. The pastries are really well done, and of course my role is to make the coffee great.
So Square in the morning, it's amazing because you just switch it on and it works. It makes the whole day actually running smoother. Square gives us this confidence and this stability and this consistency. There is no waiting for payments and there is no falling out of the system.
I honestly believe that Pavilion is unique because of its care. Everybody's local and this kind of warmth to welcoming. On one hand the customers and on other hand the great products. The Pavilion's business model is simple because of the payment going through very nicely.
Square deals with that, and we can just focus on customer service.
