Hi, my name's Rosie Mann. I'm the operations manager of Kitten Restaurant, and this is a day in my life.
The best thing about the beginning of my day is the calm before the storm. I get to come in and collect myself and make sure the restaurant is ready. Before dinner service, I use Square continuously throughout my day.
I can check the Dashboard to find out what we're running low on and how many of an item we have left or what we don't have. Square definitely simplifies everything with our business. It makes it a lot easier for everyone to be on the same page. A lot of our customers are regulars, so we are a luxury sushi restaurant that feels like they're local and it feels inviting like a home away from home.
I'm really lucky because I truly believe that I work with the best hospitality team in Manchester. From our bartenders to our KPs, our servers, everyone is always working together to supply a great product. So at the end of every shift, I write a report using Square. It's very simple and I don't even have to do it from the restaurant. I can do it from home.
