Create and schedule Appointments via Square Messages

You can create and send appointments to your customers via Messages on your online Square Dashboard or your Square Appointments App (iOS and Android).

To do so:

  1. Navigate to the ‘+’ button next to your conversation.

  2. Tap Appointments to create the appointment.

  3. Once the appointment is created > Click Save.

  4. Click Book Appointment 

  5. Send an email and text notification to your customer.


Note: If your customer is a new customer and doesn’t exist in your Square Customer directory, please collect your customer's information (email and/ or phone number) and create a new customer in your Square Customer directory first..
