Create and schedule Appointments via Square Messages
Navigate to the ‘+’ button next to your conversation.
Tap Appointments to create the appointment.
Once the appointment is created > Click Save.
Click Book Appointment
Send an email and text notification to your customer.
Note: If your customer is a new customer and doesn’t exist in your Square Customer directory, please collect your customer's information (email and/ or phone number) and create a new customer in your Square Customer directory first..
