If you don’t want all of your online order notifications to go to your Square account email address, you can update your preferences in Square Online to send notifications to as many as three different emails. When a customer places an order through Square Online, they’ll receive a receipt from the Square Online site only. These can be customized from your Square Online Overview page in Communications > Email & Text Alerts.
