Square E-Sign Consent

Squareup Europe Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 08957689 with a registered office at 6th Floor, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB (‘Square Europe’) and Squareup International Limited, a company incorproated in Ireland with company number 583287 whose registered office is at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Square International”, and together with Square Europe and its affiliates and third party service providers, “Square”) may need to provide you with certain Communications as defined and provided for in Section 3 of the General Terms. Your agreement to this E-sign Consent confirms your ability and consent to the use of electronic signatures in our relationship with you (“Consent”). If you choose not to agree to this Consent or you withdraw your consent, you may be restricted from using the Services.
Use of Electronic Signatures
You agree to use an electronic signature where requested to do so (unless you have withdrawn this Consent) and agree that Square may use electronic signatures for any Communications (including to create valid and enforceable contracts). You consent that your electronic signature may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
An “electronic signature” is any data in electronic form which is attached to, or logically associated with, other data in electronic form, which is used by the signatory to sign. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of time-stamped electronic signatures in an electronic signature platform, a name typed at the end of an email, or clicking an “I accept” check box on a website or application.
Withdrawal of Consent to Electronic Communications
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time under Section 3 of the General Terms by contacting Square Support. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the validity of any electronic Communication on or before the effective date of such withdrawal under Section 3 of the General Terms.
