After an order, customers can scan the displayed QR code to follow your business and earn Local Cash. To redeem in store, a customer presents a QR code from Cash App for your team to scan. Your deposits, payouts, and usual checkout flow won’t change.

Everyone who runs your Point of Sale should know how customers earn and redeem Local Cash. Your team may need to scan a customer’s QR code when they redeem, but they don’t need to explain or promote Local Cash.

During busy periods, anyone running your Point of Sale can pause the Local Cash prompt for customers and resume it after a period of time.
