Navigate the Square Online Overview Page in Dashboard
The Square Online Overview page contains key information about your website and some additional tools to help you grow your business online.
Like other overview pages in Dashboard, you can access the Square Online Overview page by going to your online Square Dashboard and selecting Online. Learn more about how to navigate the online Square Dashboard.
Below, you'll understand what each link in the navigation menu means and what you can do to manage the different aspects of Square Online.
The Overview Page for Square Online
This is the primary landing page for Square Online in your Square Dashboard, which provides a snapshot of your website's stats for the week. The button across from your site title allows you to quickly access the Square Online site editor. If you have more than one website, you can also use the site switcher in the upper left to see the other websites in your account.
If you need to return to your online Square Dashboard, select the menu in the upper left where it says Online and select the Home icon. You may also access other Square products from this menu.
Use the menu on the upper right to create more sites and access account settings for Square Online.
Copy and add site
Select Copy site or Add site to create more sites in your Square Online account.
The Account settings area of your Square Online Overview page is where you can view and manage all of Square Online services such as paid plans for your websites, domain services, and email services. You can also view your payment history or download your data for Square Online. Learn more about how to manage your Square Online subscriptions.
Note: To manage your account settings for your primary Square account, go back to your Account & Settings page in Dashboard. The Account settings area of your Square Online Overview page is for Square Online only, and does not affect your main Square account or other Square products.
Go to Website to:
View and manage all Domains currently hosted at Square. You can also view and manage all of your email inboxes based on your domain(s). Learn more about getting started with domains for Square Online and getting started with Google Workspace for Square Online.
Manage SEO for your website. Learn more about how to update your website's SEO title and description for search engines.
View contact form submissions you’ve received if you have a contact form on your site.
Change your site preferences.
Go to Items to:
View the Site Items and Site Categories displayed on your website. Learn more about adding and editing your website's items and categories.
Add or edit coupons for online use.
Change settings for Gift Cards.
Change settings for Customer Reviews.
Change settings for how items sync between your Square Item Library and Square Online. Learn more about Square item sync.
Change item preferences.
View item Options. Learn more about item options and variations.
Go to Orders to view and manage online orders.
Go to Fulfillment to configure fulfillment options such as:
Note: Using advanced reporting requires an upgrade on your Square Online site.
Go to Reports to have an in-depth look at your website and commerce statistics. View and compare your traffic, sales, and marketing performance over the time period of your choice using the dropdown menus in each tab. Learn more about Square Online reports.
Go to Marketing to start setting up an email marketing campaign for your website.
Note: You may be using Square Online's marketing tools (powered by Weebly Promote) if Square Marketing isn't available to you.
Go to Communications to:
