Square + Uber Eats Offer Bundle

Square and Uber Eats are teaming up to help eligible food and beverage merchants grow their businesses with an exclusive bundle offer. For a limited time, eligible merchants in the United States and Canada may qualify for incentives when they adopt Square and Uber Eats together, including potential Square hardware discounts, Uber Eats commission rebates, Uber Eats advertising credits, and other promotional benefits. This offer is designed to support existing Uber Eats merchants who are not currently Square sellers may be eligible for incentives when they adopt Square point-of-sale products and existing Square sellers who are not currently Uber Eats merchants may be eligible for incentives when they join Uber Eats.

Offer Value

Eligible merchants may qualify for a bundle value of up to $2,500, $4,000, or $8,000, depending on merchant eligibility, business volume, and offer availability. The specific incentives included in the bundle may vary and will be determined based on the merchant’s eligibility, the applicable offer tier, and the incentive options available at the time of enrollment. The bundle may include one or more of the following types of incentives: discounts on eligible Square hardware, Uber Eats commission rebates, Uber Eats advertising credits, or other promotional benefits offered by Square or Uber Eats. The exact mix of incentives may vary by merchant and may change over time. For discounts on eligible Square hardware, your Square Sales Representative can provide more information.

Eligibility

The offer is available to eligible food and beverage merchants in the United States and Canada. Merchants may qualify as either an existing Uber Eats merchant adopting Square or an existing Square seller joining Uber Eats. An “always on” offer may be available to eligible merchants who meet the applicable lead and enrollment requirements. Higher-value offers may be available to merchants that satisfy additional eligibility criteria, including business volume thresholds or pre-approval by Square. Merchants may qualify for a bundle value of up to $2,500 if they satisfy the baseline eligibility requirements for the offer. Merchants may qualify for a bundle value of up to $4,000 if they have at least $30,000 in annual Uber Eats gross bookings, at least $250,000 in gross payment volume, or receive pre-approval from Square. Merchants may qualify for a bundle value of up to $8,000 if they have at least $90,000 in annual Uber Eats gross bookings, at least $750,000 in gross payment volume, or receive pre-approval from Square. Eligibility determinations are subject to verification by Square, Uber Eats, or their affiliates. Meeting a stated threshold does not guarantee eligibility for any particular incentive or bundle value.

How the Offer Works

Eligible merchants may be invited to participate in the bundle offer through Square, Uber Eats, or an authorized partner channel. After enrollment, the merchant may receive the applicable incentives based on the offer tier for which the merchant qualifies and the products or services the merchant adopts. For existing Uber Eats merchants adopting Square, participation may require signing up for and using eligible Square point-of-sale products or services. For existing Square sellers joining Uber Eats, participation may require signing up for Uber Eats, completing applicable onboarding requirements, and remaining in good standing. Incentives may be delivered as discounts, credits, rebates, or other promotional value, depending on the applicable offer terms. Some incentives may be subject to separate redemption steps, usage requirements, expiration dates, or other conditions.

Offer Limitations

This offer is available only while promotional funding remains available and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Offer availability, incentive amounts, and eligibility criteria may vary by market, merchant type, business volume, enrollment channel, and other factors. The maximum bundle value represents the maximum potential promotional value available to a qualifying merchant in the applicable tier and does not guarantee that any merchant will receive the full amount. Incentives have no cash value except as expressly stated in the applicable offer terms and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, substituted, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted. Merchants are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with their use of Square products, Uber Eats services, hardware, advertising, delivery services, or other products or services. Standard Square and Uber Eats terms, fees, underwriting, onboarding, compliance, and account approval requirements apply.

Additional Terms

Participation in the bundle offer requires acceptance of the applicable Square and Uber Eats agreements and terms of service. Merchants must remain in good standing with Square and Uber Eats to receive or retain offer benefits. Square and Uber Eats may verify eligibility, business volume, account status, and compliance with applicable offer terms. Square and Uber Eats reserve the right to withhold, revoke, or recover incentives if a merchant does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements, provides inaccurate information, violates applicable terms, cancels or fails to complete onboarding, or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity.
