The iPad-powered Square Kiosk can be set up on a stand or mounted on a wall or counter.
Set up your kiosk
Log in to your Square account to subscribe to Kiosk , download the Square Kiosk app on your iPad, sign in using the device code and you’re ready to start taking orders. You also have the option to further customise your kiosk settings, such as menu, theme and welcome screen.
Start taking orders
Customers can order and pay for their food and drinks at the kiosk station, and the tickets are automatically sent to your Kitchen Display System or printers.

Square Kiosk software costs $45 per month for each active device. This includes a diner-facing app that runs 24/7, as well as configurable settings in the Square dashboard. Hardware is sold separately through Square Shop .

You will need to purchase Square Kiosk hardware, which includes a payment processing case, a one-metre floor stand and an iPad if needed. Alternatively, if you want to use your kiosk on a counter or wall, you can buy the Square Kiosk hardware without the floor stand.

You can easily set up more than one kiosk in your venue. The more devices, the faster you can reduce wait times and take the pressure off the counter.

If you use Square Loyalty, yes. Your diners can sign up for your program, build up points and redeem any eligible points from Square Kiosk.

In order to improve the ordering experience and minimise the amount of menu-scrolling required, a Square Kiosk menu should have no more than 100 items.
