Manage Your Calendar from the Square Appointments App
Create and manage appointments and personal events in your calendar right from the Aplicación Citas Square for iPhone and iPad.
Book an Appointment
From the calendar screen:
Select the staff performing the service.
Tap + or press and hold the desired time slot > tap Create Appointment.
Select an existing customer or tap + to create a new Customer Profile.
Select a Service and Date & Time.
Tap Save.
Tap Notification Type to select if and how you’d like to notify your customer > add an optional custom message.
Tap Book Appointment.
Cancel Appointments
Select the existing appointment from the Calendar view.
Scroll down > tap Cancel Appointment.
Tap Notification Type to select if and how you’d like to notify your customer of the cancellation > add an optional custom message.
Tap Cancel Appointment.
Note: Notification options are only displayed for customers with contact information in their perfil.
If you'd like to view cancelled and no-show appointments from your Appointments calendar, navigate to the Calendar Settings section, and toggle on Cancelled.
Edit Appointments
From the calendar screen:
Select an appointment.
Tap Edit.
Make any necessary changes > tap Save.
Tap Notification Type to select if and how you’d like to notify your customer of the changes > add an optional custom message.
Tap Update Appointment.
