To import your item catalogue to Square Online from a third-party local delivery service:

  1. From your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Site Items.

  2. If you're adding items to your site item catalogue for the first time, select Create new item > Create items from a delivery service and select Continue. If you already have items, select Add item > Add from a delivery service.

  3. Select the third-party local delivery service you're using out of the available options and enter your business information. Select Search.

  4. You may see your listing automatically displayed if we can locate your item catalogue. If not, you can manually locate your item catalogue using your third-party service provider’s URL. To locate the right URL, search for your items by typing something like ‘[YOUR BUSINESS NAME] [THIRD PARTY SERVICE NAME] ordering menu’ into a search engine like Google. When you locate your listing on the service provider's website, copy the webpage URL from your browser and enter it in Square Online.

  5. Choose the listing you'd like to import from. Select Continue to import the items to Square (this can take up to a minute).

  6. Choose which items you want to sell online. If we detect any potential duplicates, we'll notate them for you, and you can choose whether to include them or not. Select Add items to continue.

  7. If you have more than one location, select the locations where you'd like to sell your items. You can always change locations for your items later. Select Continue.

  8. Choose the visibility settings you’d like for items and categories that you're adding to your site. You can always edit visibility settings later.

  9. Select Done when finished.

With Square Online item sync, most of the newly imported item information will appear in your Square account, including Square Online, your Square Item Library and POS. You can always make any necessary changes to what you've imported by going to either the Site Items, Site Categories or Options pages in Square Online.
