View loyalty reporting

    Loyalty reporting allows you to have an overview of your loyalty metrics to help you keep a pulse on the performance of your loyalty program. You are able to filter these metrics by date and business location.

    Before you begin

    You can only view loyalty reporting from Square Dashboard. To view loyalty reporting, you need to create a loyalty program first. Learn how to create a loyalty program.

    The following information is available in your loyalty reporting:

    • Average customer spend for loyalty customers vs non-loyalty customers

    • Sales for loyalty customers vs non-loyalty customers

    • Sales attributed to loyalty promotions

    • Number of visits for loyalty customers

    • Breakdown of top customers by visit and loyalty tier

    View loyalty reporting

    1. Log in to Square Dashboard, then click Marketing & loyalty > Loyalty. Here you'll see an overview of your program metrics.

    2. Click Settings.

    3. Select Visits, Sales, or Top Customers.

    1. Log in to Square Dashboard, then click Marketing & loyalty > Loyalty. Here you'll see an overview of your program metrics.

    2. Within the Tier members section, you'll see the total tier member count, tier member names, total number of upgraded or downgraded customers, visits per tier, and total tier sales and spend.

    3. If needed, click Manage tiers to edit your tier information.
