View loyalty reporting

    Square Loyalty reporting allows you to have an overview of your loyalty metrics to help you keep a pulse on the performance of your loyalty programme. You are able to filter these metrics by date and business location.

    Before you begin

    You can only view loyalty reporting from Square Dashboard. To view loyalty reporting, you need to create a loyalty programme first.

    The following information is available in your loyalty reporting:

    • Average customer spend for loyalty customers vs non-loyalty customers

    • Sales for loyalty customers vs non-loyalty customers

    • Sales attributed to loyalty promotions

    • Number of visits for loyalty customers

    • Breakdown of top customers by visit and loyalty tier

    View loyalty reporting

    1. Sign in to Square Dashboard, then go to Loyalty.

    2. Click Settings.

    3. Select Visits, Sales, or Top Customers.
