View your Square Loyalty Metrics
You are able to view insights about your Square Loyalty Programmefrom the Loyalty tab of your online Square Dashboard:
In this section you’ll be able to have an overview of your Loyalty metrics to help you keep a pulse on the performance of your Loyalty Programme. You are able to filter these metrics by date and business location.
In the Reports section you’ll be able to see every Loyalty visit and transaction associated with your rewards and a comparison of average visits and spending.
Under Visits you can find the total number of Loyalty visits in a given month, average visits of Loyalty and non-Loyalty customers, as well as Loyalty customers visit frequency.
The information displayed regarding your Loyalty customers average visit includes both Loyalty earning transactions and non-Loyalty earning transactions.
The Sales tab will show you a comparison between sales attributed to your Loyalty customers and non-Loyalty customers, their average spend and amount spent per time period and location.
The sales attributed to your Loyalty customers include their average amount spent in the selected time period and location. The amount spent includes both Loyalty earning transactions and non-Loyalty earning transactions.
Your non-Loyalty customers refer to the average amount spent by customers who are not enrolled in Loyalty in the selected time period and location.

In this section, you will see a summary of Loyalty activity in your business. This includes enrolment, earned points, point adjustments, earned rewards, redeemed rewards and emails collected. This is organised by the customer’s phone number and the time the transaction was made.
Click on each activity to see more transaction details. To view the Loyalty customer’s profile, click View Customers at the top of the screen.
Activity can be filtered by date, location and type.
