Add and manage authorized representatives
About authorized representatives
Sometimes you may want someone other than the account owner to manage specific tasks or reach out to Square Support. You can grant your team members account access by adding them as an authorized representative.
Note: Account owners and team members with the Team Management permission can add, remove, and edit authorized representative profiles.
An authorized representative is a team member or associate who can:
Contact Square Support for general guidance (no account-specific details)
Ask Square Support general questions about Square Loans (excluding offer-specific details)
Discuss account-specific details with Square Support, like transactions, transfers, fees, customers, and subscriptions
Ask Square Support to update business information
