Contact Square about your loan
Before you begin
There are three ways to contact Square Support regarding your loan. You can speak with one of our Square Loans team members over the phone, send an email, or visit our Seller Community to see if your question has already been answered.
We can only speak with Square sellers who have a Square loan offer, application, or active loan. We are unable to evaluate your Square account for a loan offer or predict future eligibility and offer amounts.
Contact Square Support
- Sign in to Square Dashboard and click Banking > Loans.
- Select View Details of your current active loan and select the question mark icon on the top right corner.
- Click Contact Us and choose the topic that best fits your question. If you don’t see your issue listed, select I don’t see my issue.
- Click Email Us.
After submitting your inquiry, a member of the Square Loans team will get back to you within one to three business days.
Our support phone number is 855-897-1838, and the Square Loans Team is available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. If there’s a long hold time you can use the callback option, we’ll save your place in line and call you back when it’s your turn.
The Square Seller Community is an online forum where you can ask questions, get answers, or give advice to other business owners and Square specialists.
You can look in the Seller Community to see if your question has been previously answered by a member of the Square Loans team. You can also follow other Square merchants and learn about their experience with Square Loans.
