How to Contact Square Capital
Contacting Square Capital is easy. There are three ways you can contact us. You can speak with one of our Capital Support Team members over the phone, send us an email, or visit Seller Community to see if your question has already been answered.
Follow the instructions below to learn how you can send us an email:
- Navigate to the Capital section of your Square Dashboard.
- Click on View Details of your current active loan.
- Click on the Question Mark on the top right corner.
- Click on Contact Us and choose the topic that best fits your question. If you don’t see your issue listed, please select I don’t see my issue.
- Click on Email Us.
After submitting your inquiry, a member of the Capital team will typically get back to you within one to three business days. Thanks in advance for your patience!
Give us a call to speak with a member of our Capital Support Team. Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST. If there’s a long hold time, feel free to use the callback option—we’ll save your place in line and call you back when it’s your turn.

Keep in mind that you’ll need your customer code when you call in.
- Find your customer code by signing into your Square Account and choosing the issue that best fits your question. If you don’t see your issue listed, please select I don’t see my issue.
- Click on Call Us to receive your customer code.
Note: Capital supporters can only speak with Square merchants who have an active Capital offer or plan. We are unable to evaluate your Square account for a Capital offer. Through Seller Community
Our Seller Community is an online forum where you can ask questions, get answers, or give advice to/from other business owners and Square specialists.
Check out Seller Community to see if your question has been previously answered by a member of the Capital Team. In addition to seeing if your question has been previously answered, you can also follow other Square merchants and learn about their experience with Square Capital.
