  • Who is eligible for this offer?

    The offer is for eligible new Square sellers based in Australia that expect to process at least $100,000 in card sales in their first 90 days with Square. You must contact Sales, be approved for the campaign, open and activate a new Square account, and complete required onboarding by 30 September 2026. Existing Square sellers aren’t eligible. Places are limited. Eligibility and T&Cs apply.

  • How much fee-free processing could I receive?

    Square Sales will assess the card sales you expect to process in your first 90 days and confirm your tier. Eligible businesses can have processing fees waived on the first $50,000, $100,000, or $150,000 in eligible card sales. You can’t select your own tier. T&Cs apply.

  • When does the fee-free processing period start and end?

    The benefit starts on 1 October 2026 provided you have met all eligibility and onboarding requirements before that date. It ends when you reach your approved card-sales limit or 180 days have passed, whichever happens first. Standard processing fees then apply.

  • Which payments count towards my offer?

    Eligible domestic card-present and online card transactions processed through your approved Square account count towards the offer. Other fees and excluded transaction types aren’t covered. See the campaign terms for full details.

  • Eligibility and offer

    Offer period
    The offer is available until 30 September 2026, unless ended earlier in accordance with the final campaign terms.

    Eligibility
    The offer is available only to eligible new Square sellers based in Australia. To qualify, you must:

    • apply through the campaign Contact Sales form during the offer period
    • be assessed and approved by Square Sales
    • create and activate a new Square account
    • complete all required onboarding by 30 September 2026
    • meet the expected card-sales threshold for an offer tier
    • comply with the final campaign T&Cs

    Existing Square sellers aren’t eligible. Creating an account or contacting Sales does not guarantee participation.

    Offer tiers
    Square Sales will assess the card sales your business expects to process in its first 90 days with Square and assign one of the following tiers:

    • $100,000 to less than $250,000: processing fees waived on the first $50,000 in eligible card sales
    • $250,000 to less than $500,000: processing fees waived on the first $100,000 in eligible card sales
    • $500,000 or more: processing fees waived on the first $150,000 in eligible card sales

    Benefit period
    The benefit begins on 1 October 2026 after all eligibility and onboarding requirements are met. It ends when your approved card-sales limit is reached or 180 days have passed, whichever occurs first.

    Eligible transactions
    The offer applies only to eligible domestic card-present and online card transactions processed through the approved Square account.

    After the benefit ends, the processing fees that apply to your Square account will apply to future transactions.

  • Important information

    • Places are limited and are allocated in order of approval. The offer may close to new applications before 30 September 2026 if all places are allocated. Early closure will not affect those already approved.
    • Eligibility is assessed at the business level. Duplicate or multiple applications for the same business may not receive multiple offers.
    • The offer applies only to the approved Square account and cannot be transferred to another business or account.
    • Square account approval and continued use are subject to the applicable Square terms.
