Square Recovery Resolution Center

We know that business isn’t always predictable and that scheduling regular account payments may not work at the moment. That’s why we’ve created the Centro de Resolución de Recuperación to make it easier to resolve your outstanding balance on your own terms.

To make a payment:

  1. Visit the Square Centro de Resolución de Recuperación.

  2. Select your preferred payment amount(s).

  3. Click Add to Cart and then select Checkout or pay with Google Pay

  4. Fill out the account holder’s details. Note: Please ensure you use the same email address as your Square account so we can record your payment to your balance. 

  5. Enter your payment information, including card number, expiry date and CVV. Enter the billing ZIP code linked to your card.

  6. If you have an outstanding balance after this payment, you can tick Save my information for a faster checkout and enter your cell phone number. Next time you check out using the Recovery Center, we will send you a text message to access your saved information. 

  7. Click Place Order to finalise your payment.

  8. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is successful. 

Once we receive the payment, we’ll adjust your Square balance within two business days.

You can always revisit the Square Centro de Resolución de Recuperación at any time.
