Quickbooks Online and Square

Square integrates with Quickbooks Online, so you can manage your accounting in one place. Quickbooks Online allows you to automatically import your sales transactions. You can also bring in data from multiple locations into your Quickbooks Online account.

Integrate with Quickbooks Online

To integrate Quickbooks Online with your Square account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Apps section of your online Square Dashboard > click Visit App Marketplace.

  2. Search for Quickbooks Online in the search bar > click Search.

  3. Under Quickbooks Online, click Get Started.

  4. Allow permissions to access your Square account information.

Payments and Reporting

You'll receive transfers for your Quickbooks Online transactions just like your Square Point of Sale payments — following your transfer schedule.
