ShipStation helps Square sellers streamline their fulfillment processes through batch label creation, discounted USPS rates, connections to the top shipping carriers, and more. Connect your Square account to ShipStation to access these advanced fulfillment features.
Note: If you manage multiple business locations with Square, you’ll need to enable this app for each location you’d like to use the integration with.

Get Started With ShipStation
To get set up, visit Apps in your online Square Dashboard and click Get Started. If you’re new to ShipStation, you’ll be prompted to enter your billing information when you’ve selected your subscription plan. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover logo.
While your billing information for ShipStation is managed through your Square account, ShipStation features, services, and plan changes are managed by ShipStation directly. If you need to change your subscription plan, head to your ShipStation account. To access your account, click Launch next to ShipStation from Apps in your online dashboard or visit ShipStation to sign in. For additional help from ShipStation, visit their Support Center.
Cancel Your ShipStation Subscription
You can cancel your subscription from your ShipStation account or directly from your online Square Dashboard.
To cancel your subscription from your Square Dashboard:
- Visit Apps > click My Apps.
- Locate ShipStation and click the X. Confirm you’d like to revoke access to your Square account.
Your cancelation will become effective immediately, but you can reconnect your Square account to ShipStation at any time.
Note: If you cancel your subscription from your ShipStation account, your subscription will run through the end of the month.
