Use Square Appointments as a Staff Member

Once your employer has invited you to sign up as staff with Square Appointments, set up your staff account to manage your appointments and calendar through our online scheduling software. You can also download the Square Appointments app to manage appointments and check out customers on the go.

Appointments Account Access as Staff

The owner of the Square Appointments account can designate access levels for their staff. Based on your Employee Permissions, your account access may be limited. If you need additional account access, contact the account administrator.

Accept Appointments as Staff

The Overview of your Staff account shows your pending and upcoming appointments as well as client messages at a glance.

From here, confirm a pending appointment by clicking Decline or Accept. Once confirmed, you can update any appointment information. Learn more about managing appointments.
