Block a Customer from Online Booking on Square Appointments
With Square Appointments Plus, you can reduce repeat no-shows and cancellations and protect yourself and your staff by blocking customers from booking online. Once a customer is blocked, they will not be able to book any appointments, classes or join your waitlist through your online booking site.
You can unblock a customer at any time. Staff must have the ‘Update Customers’ permission turned on in order to block and unblock clients. Learn more about setting team permissions.
If you use Square Messages, you can also block a customer from messaging. Learn more about preventing your business from receiving unwanted contacts through Square Messages.
If you have payment requirements set up on your Online Booking Site, you can also use Risk Manager rules to block payments. Learn more about Risk Manager
