Password Reset Email Issues
If you’re having trouble with the password reset email, it is possible that you created your Square account using a different email address than the one you are entering into the email address field. Try these troubleshooting steps:
Double-check that the email address you entered in the password reset field is the same email used to access your Square account.
Confirm the email address that you used to create your Square account by looking through your email inboxes for emails from Square.
Check your spam folder, because Square’s emails are occasionally sorted out by spam filters.

If you see the message ‘This token has been used’, visit squareup.com/dashboard from your browser to confirm that you are signed out of the dashboard. Reset your password again.
