Limit Availability of Non-Physical Items
By default, non-physical items are available to customers worldwide, but you can restrict sales of these items to specific locations with just a few steps.
Customers outside of these shipping regions won’t be able to buy non-physical items. We compare their billing address to your shipping regions during checkout. If the addresses don’t match, they’ll be notified that the item isn’t available in their region.
Note: Shipping information isn’t required for purchases of non-physical items. You can collect shipping information using the options in Settings > Checkout > Advanced Settings.
