We work hard to make our products intuitive and reliable. But just in case you have an issue, it’s easy to get help.
We provide live phone support for all existing Square customers. You can call us Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Melbourne time).

Our Support team is made up of Square employees who work side by side with the product, design and engineering departments to improve the customer experience. Which means they know our business inside and out and are ready to help you via phone, email or Twitter.
We’re on your side
Our Support team works with Square engineers to troubleshoot features and improve our products based on your feedback. We also monitor data to send predictive alerts when we know something’s wrong, so you can stay one step ahead.

Many of our employees pair up with a Support team member to hear directly from our customers through our shadow program. In fact, our entire executive team makes a point to listen in monthly.
