Note: If you manage multiple locations from your Square account, you’ll need to enable this app for each location you wish to use with this integration.
Subscribe to Zoho Books
To get set up, visit the Apps in your online Square Dashboard and click Get Started.
To begin using Zoho Books, select the monthly subscription plan from your Zoho Books account. When you select a subscription plan, you’ll be sent to Square to enter your billing information. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo.
While your billing information for Zoho Books is managed through your Square account, Zoho Books features, services, and plan changes are managed by Zoho Books directly. To access your Zoho Books account, click Launch next to Zoho Books from Apps in your online dashboard, or visit Zoho Books to sign-in.

Cancel Your Zoho Books Subscription
You can cancel your Zoho Books subscription from your Zoho Books account or directly from your online Square Dashboard.
To cancel your subscription from your Square Dashboard:
- Visit Apps in your online Square Dashboard > click My Apps.
- Locate Zoho Books and click the X. Confirm you’d like to revoke access to your Square account.
Your cancellation will become effective immediately, but you can reconnect your Square account to Zoho Books at any time.
Note: If you cancel your subscription from your Zoho Books account, your cancellation will also become effective immediately.
