Create a Client from the Square Appointments App

You can create a client profile directly from the Square Appointments app. When you create a new client, you’ll have the option to enter their contact information, a custom note to help you and your staff remember their preferences, as well as their address.

Create Client Profile

To get started:

1. Open the Appointments app > tap Clients.

2. Select the + symbol and enter your client’s information on the details page.

3. Tap Save.

Edit Client Profile

To update or edit your client’s profile from the app:

1. From the Appointments app > tap Clients.

2. Search the client’s name or scroll through your directory. Tap their name to view the client details page.

3. Edit your client’s information.

4. Tap Save.
