Posa en pausa i fes que preparin els plats amb Square KDS i Square per a restaurants
Abans de començar
La funció Organització dels plats us ajuda a tu i al teu equip a gestionar els comptes, tant a la sala com a la cuina. Està pensada per fer que agrupar articles, afegir ingredients o comunicar a la cuina quan ha de posar en espera o preparar els plats sigui bufar i fer ampolles.
La funció Organització dels plats és opcional, així que, si la vols fer servir, has d’anar a la configuració del dispositiuConfiguració del TPV al Tauler de control de Square i activar les funcions d’Organització dels plats i En espera o A cuina. Assegura’t que aquesta funció estigui activada al TPV de Square per a restaurants i al KDS. Consulta les instruccions de configuració als articles següents del Centre d’ajuda:
Envia a cuina
Un cop hagis habilitat l’opció d’Organització dels plats i hagis configurat els plats amb noms personalitzats, podràs començar a afegir-los als comptes. Quan enviïs un plat a cuina, les estacions d’impressió imprimiran automàticament el tiquet de comanda a la cuina o al bar i/o la comanda apareixerà a les pantalles de la cuina. Un plat en pausa no s’enviarà ni s’imprimirà fins que no s’hagi enviat la comanda.
To add items to courses from the Square Restaurants POS app:
- Choose the table that you’d like to create a cheque for or tap New Cheque from the cheque management screen and choose your table.
- Tap on the course in the cart to select it.
- Add all applicable items to the course.
- You’ll see up to four courses in the cart by default. To add additional courses, tap Add Course.
- If you have Hold/Fire enabled on the device, the first course is always set to Fire by default, and all subsequent courses are set to Hold. You can alter whether a course should be held or fired by tapping Fire or Hold on the course.
- Once you are ready to send your cheque to the kitchen, tap Send.
If you are holding items in a cheque, you can fire them anytime by re-entering the cheque and tapping Hold. Once the button says Fire, you can tap Send and a fire ticket will be sent to the kitchen.
If you need to edit a course, you can either edit or remove the whole course, or edit the course by course line. Once a course is fired, you can still add to it and the kitchen will see the addition as Course Name - Addition.
