Square Kiosk combines hardware, software, and payments into an all-in-one self-service ordering solution. The Square Kiosk app and Square Kiosk hardware (sold separately) are an ideal combination for food and beverage businesses in need of a self-service station for customers to place orders and complete payment. It also helps to reduce queues, minimise order errors, free up staff, and boost sales when short-staffed.

Before you begin

Square Kiosk hardware is iPad-driven so be sure you have a compatible iPad before purchasing the kiosk device or add an iPad at checkout through Square Shop.

The Square Kiosk app is currently offered at no cost until 31 December 2024 (plus standard in-person transaction fees). Once the promotion ends, the Square Kiosk app will be available through an add-on software subscription plus standard in-person transaction fees.
