What methods of payment can my customers use with Square?
Many auto shops use Square hardware to take in-person payments and send electronic invoices. Accept all types of payment methods in person, online, and remotely, and all major forms of payment, including cards, cash, checks, gift cards, QR codes, and digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer. Your customers can pay invoices through their computer, in person, or from their mobile device.
Can each mechanic have their own account profile for easy online scheduling with our clients?
Yes, Square offers unlimited staff accounts for all plans. Your employees just need to download the app and log in to their account.
Can I create and send car service contracts with Square?
Yes. To create and send contracts to your customers you can use Square Contracts. Choose one of the predefined Square templates and customize it to meet your needs, or build an entirely new template from scratch for your business. Automatically send contracts to your customers when they book an appointment with you to protect your business or collect essential information.

Can Square help me manage customers?
Yes. Square offers a suite of customer management tools like Customer Directory, Square Marketing, and Square Loyalty. Square can help generate contacts in your directory after every sale, track key information, create text and email marketing campaigns, and even set up a loyalty program to help with customer retention.

All loans and Savings accounts are issued by Square Financial Services, Inc., a Utah-Chartered Industrial Bank. Member FDIC. Actual fee depends upon payment card processing history, loan amount and other eligibility factors. A minimum payment of 1/18th of the initial loan balance is required every 60 days and full loan repayment is required within 18 months. Loan eligibility is not guaranteed. 2Offline payments are processed automatically when you reconnect your device to the internet and will be declined if you do not reconnect to the internet within 24 hours of taking your first offline payment. By enabling offline payments, you are responsible for any expired, declined, or disputed payments accepted while offline. Square is unable to provide customer contact information for payments declined while offline. Offline payments are not supported on Square Reader for contactless and chip (1st generation, v1 and v2).
