About the new Square Online ordering page

As eCommerce capabilities grow and expand, customers are looking for the easiest and most accessible online buying experiences available. With marketplace apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash making online food ordering super fast, sellers are looking for the best ways to compete without paying the extra fees to get on those marketplaces.

Square is happy to introduce a brand new online ordering page you can build with Square Online. Getting started is much faster for food and beverage businesses, with guided steps for setting up your menu items, fulfillment, and ordering experience.

Before you begin

  • You can set up the new ordering page from your Square Dashboard or Square app.

  • The new ordering page is only available to food & beverage sellers who have signed up for Square Online on May 13, 2025 or after. No other Square Online features, besides those described in this article, are available in this new experience.

  • Be sure to have items in your Item Library ready to sell online. Learn how to set up items for your online store.
